Yes, we travel nationally and internationally for events and projects. Travel expenses are included in our quotes based on the location. We've successfully executed projects in over 15 countries and are experienced in managing logistics for destination events.

Cancellations made 30+ days before the event/project date receive a full refund. 15-29 days notice receives a 50% refund. Less than 14 days notice is non-refundable but may be rescheduled based on availability. We understand emergencies happen and try to be as flexible as possible.

Photography: 5-7 business days for edited photos. Videography: 10-14 business days for edited videos. Graphic Design: 3-5 business days for initial concepts, 7-10 days for final deliverables. Event planning timeline varies based on complexity. Rush services are available for an additional fee.
